About Kim, Director & Principal HR Consultant
I’m Kim, Director and Principal HR Consultant at Executive People Partners, with over 20 years of HR experience in all size organisations from small - medium start-up scaling enterprises, to large global matrix size organisations, across a diverse range of industries such as manufacturing and engineering, trades and services, to early education and corporate professional services.
I specialise in meeting a business with where they are at, understanding the vision and goals for the business, and then supporting business to create and deliver on a people strategy and practices to support that vision, drive business growth and measure its impact.
Throughout my career, I’ve led and built HR teams, navigated complex industrial and employee relations landscapes, supported mergers and acquisitions, and spearheaded major transformation programs. I bring deep expertise across strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, talent development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and organisational design—always with a focus on aligning people solutions with business priorities.
What drives me is helping leaders and HR professionals unlock potential—whether that’s through mentoring, building internal capability, or creating practical, future-focused strategies that work in the real world.
