I help organisations and HR professionals navigate complex people challenges with clarity, confidence and practical action. With more than 20 years in the field, I’m known for making the complex simple, strengthening people functions from the inside, and bringing the right people together to think better. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and humanity — building capability, supporting leaders, and creating workplaces where both businesses and people can thrive.
I have experience across organisations of all sizes — from small and scaling businesses to complex global environments — and across industries including manufacturing and engineering, trades and services, early education and professional services.
I specialise in meeting a business where it is today, understanding its vision, and shaping the people strategy, practices and capability needed to get there.
Across my career I’ve built and led HR teams, navigated complex industrial and employee relations environments, supported mergers and acquisitions, and delivered large-scale transformation programs. My experience spans strategic workforce planning, leadership and capability development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational design and reward — always with a focus on aligning people decisions to business outcomes.
What I’m most passionate about is helping leaders and HR professionals unlock potential.
That might look like mentoring an emerging HR leader, strengthening an internal team, simplifying a complex issue, or designing practical strategies that move a business forward. I care deeply about building foundations that last — not quick fixes that create more work later.
